Compiling and installing a non Deb sourcecode

Hey please help a Noobie Coder

I can code graphice app on Win32 platform.
But still a noob on linux with communications


so I want to compile and install these modems drivers

problems is that these are for Suse/Redhat/Fedora systems

so is there a way to compile it, converted with alien and install it on my Gutsy Gibbon machine?

or is there allready a deb for it?
