How to specify port for DNS Server?

I can't get the update manager to find the repositories and I believe it is because I can't find out where I can specify the port for my DNS Server, Firefox works fine as I am able to specify the port in the connection options, but in the network options I can't find out where I can call out the port for DNS, Thanks!!

Yea, I found the tab and set DNS server, but where can I set the Port?

I figured it out and got it to update, the route here is tricky and took awhile to figure out.
