I would like to analyze the crash files I have after upgrading and installing 7.04. This is preventing me from upgrading to 7.10. Also, I want to understand the issue that is plaguing my computer before ditching it. I had a segmentation violation while trying to install 7.04 (actually an upgrade from 6.06LTS). Now I have a few files and I know at the end of it there is a core file. I just need to see if I can at all help in seeing what is wrong.
