GNUtoon Icon Theme

I've been busy resurrecting the cartoony Gartoon Icon Theme as it doesn't work well these days. I've named it GNUtoon and I've added new icons, modified many others and updated filename specs which includes many symlinks. I'd appreciate feedback from people who were fans of Gartoon or anyone who fancies testing it out. Most icons show correctly on my system but I only run Debian Sid.
