finding frame numbers in cinelerra

Does anyone know how to get the "frame number" of a particular frame in Cinelerra?

I found the answer :)
In the preferences panel, you can choose which way you want the three numbers in the bottom of the main screen to appear.
Choosing frames will help you for motion tracking in the middle of a clip, for example.
