Is it just me, but when I look for a patch on Microsoft's site to solve a problem in windows - M$ never provides a direct link to a hotfix or the solution. I find myself going in circles... and then finaly finding the answer/solution by google. ](*,)

Thank God for Ubuntu... at least I don't have to deal with MS on my own time.
