I saw this posted today on kde-look and gnome-look and thought I would bring it to your attention.

This is the type of thing Hardy needs! This is a nice piece of work! The color is nice and it just plain looks good! A very attractive look could be achieved using this shade of red.

This has been discussed, and I think the decission was not to go with it. Though if Splashy gets into Ubuntu, then it may have a second look. :)
