I really like the Human GDM that is stock in the "Hoary" release, but I'm more of a "blue" person, than a "brown" person.

So.. I am basically recreating the Human GDM (login screen) to suit my own tastes.

What I would like to know, if it is possible, is if someone has the GDM icons, such as "language," "session," "reboot," and "shutdown" in different colors so I can put together a nice looking blue version of this GDM.

Is there a place where these icons can be downloaded? Alternately, is there an Adobe Photoshop PSD file or Gimp equivalent in which I can re-create these icons in any color I choose?

Once I am finished, I'll be happy to make my GDM (and splash screen) available to anybody who wants it.

Much thanks!

Did you try Gnome-Look (http://www.gnome-look.org/) or Gnome Art (http://art.gnome.org/)?

Another alternative if you like blue, is to try looking at Gnoppix or the Gnome 2.12 LiveCD. They're both basically ubuntu in blue. They might have what you're looking for.

I checked out both gnome-look.org and art.gnome.org but didn't really find what I wanted.

I will download the new Gnome live cd tomorrow and see if what I want is there.

What I really want, is a way to make these icons in any color I need.

Thanks -)
