Has anyone tried Gambas?

I just installed Gambas and I don't know how to run the IDE. I can't find any menu entry.

Please help...

I have tried Gambas, but do not have it installed on Ubuntu.

It is a pretty good replacement for someone that has used Visual Basic.

Are you running KDE, GNOME, or some other window manager?

If it was installed properly, you should be able to open up a terminal window and launch it from there.
