Looks like a mac osx look alike theme. You can probably find it by searching for mac on gnome-look.org.

That's what you'd think but none of them integrate nearly as neatly as that one. Any other ideas?

Um... maybe an emerald theme? You can possibly change the colors of one of the themes to make it integrate better.

Beryl was a fork of Compiz, but Beryl is now gone and Compiz Fusion replaced it.
