Have you read any of the documentation for WINE?
http://www.winehq.org/site/documentation
Have you checked any of this info:
http://help.ubuntu.com/community/Wine?highlight=%28Wine%29
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=497332
Have you followed the instructions and tips made by users at the WINE appdb for the programs/games you're trying to run:
http://appdb.winehq.org
^Also have you checked to see if your software currently runs properly /w WINE?
Have you searched the forums for users having similar trouble with said software?

Try rebooting and see if they show up... If not click browse C drive and click .exe manually and possibly make link in menu or desktop. Can also type winefile in terminal and click c drive... program files.... program.exe

You need to provide a lot more information before anyone will be able to help you. Stick to a specific application and provide details like how did you install it, what error messages did you get, how you have Wine configured, etc.

No it doesn't, it can't do games, plus you need a Windows license to use Windows on it.
