How to make a Matrix based Login Screen

I Just finished watching The Matrix. As I logged off my computer, i hear the bongo drums, and I think "What if the background was the matrix (the animated part) I was wondering if there is a way to make the background of the login screen like the animated matrix, maybe through a .gif file, or GIMP, but somehow. Thank You

It's even possible to set your desktop background to be an animated matrix code drop but it takes a bit of work with the right software installed.
