I installed kxDocker 1.1.4 and it seems to run fine, although upon loading i only see 1 icon in the dock, and thats the K Menu. I dont see the configurator option in the system tray as i think i should. so there is no way for me to configure this thing!

I had installed the .deb package 0.39 earlier and i noticed it crashes, so today i donwloaded the latest source, compiled it and installed it. could it be that i was suppose to uninstall the old kxdocker before installing this new one? or is there another reason why i dont see the configurator in system tray. Also is there a way for me to load the configurator any other way? If uninstalling kxdocker ( 0.39 and also 1.1.4 ) is my only option before reinstaling, please tell me what the command is to do so.

thanks you for reading and i hope someone has an answer!

great forum.

you have to install: kxdocker-trayiconlogger too to have the tray icon.
You will find it at: http://www.xiaprojects.com/index.php?section=All&project=KXDocker&action=download%20-%20sources#

Installing the tray icon logger package fixed my problem, however, now I have another problem....I have too many. For some reason I have 10 kxdocker icons, I mean, its a nice icon and all but 10 is a little much :). Does anyone know how I could get rid of these things. I'm thinking it may be related to a kde session saving kind of thing, where kde just runs ten because there were ten running last time, but I'm not sure.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
