I have had mythtv properly installed in a standalone ubuntu setup months and months ago, it broke one day for some reason and I kind of just never turned the machine back on. Today I decided to install the newest mythbuntu since the only function of the PC in the first place was for mythtv.
This machine is a 64-bit install of Gutsy MythBuntu with one tuner, a PVR150. Live TV works the picture is just completely terrible, I can hardly make out the picture. I'm not really sure what to do. I tried installing ivtv drivers (not sure if it worked right, but the card probe shows up as Hauppage WinTV PVR-150 [ivtv] so I'm thinking it worked correctly)
If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful. I know it is not my card because like I said it worked perfectly before (It was either an Edgy or Feisty install I can't remember.)
