Maybe? (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=8023&iTestingId=12117)
This is a nice resource, it says under Ubuntu they weren't able to, but someone else under Gentoo could, but with a different version of wine.

There is a native 3D sculpting for Linux. It's called "Gsculpt"
link here (http://gsculpt.sourceforge.net/)

I've used it but didn't create any masterpieces. It's really fun to use though.

That looks like a simple poly modeler to me. Don't be fooled by the name. :) No sculpting features there.

I have Zbrush running under wine 0.9.50 on ubuntu 7.10 x86.

Quick highlight of how it was done there:

I hope somebody is still watching this thread.

I tried the above methid and even if I move the Zresources file I still get a error saying it cannot open it.

I got ZBrush 3 to work but If I try to update to 3.1 it doesnt work at all.

Also Im not able to uninstall it from Wine either. when I choose Uninstall Wine applications it lets me start the process and it actually says it completes the job, however its still in Wine. Not just the folder but in the uninstall selections. When I choose to reinstall it I only get the Modify, Repair , Remove options; this means that Wine still sees it as installed.

Im sure Im just trying to do this in a windows mind frame.

How would I go about actually removing this from Wine.

If you don't eventually get ZBrush working, you might consider blenders internal sculpting tools - while not comparable to ZBrush 3, the polycounts achievable aren't too far off of ZBrush 2.

Zbrush is a fantastic program that actually works better on Linux Wine than Windows. Unfortunately ZBrush is ultimately useless on Linux because the licensing process doesn't work and Pixologic clearly do not care at all about the issue. I did not buy the app. They mess the users around terribly. Mac users pre-purchasing and then having to wait years for ZBrush v3. Any forum threads discussing the issue being deleted etc. Love the app hate the company.

It's probably best to just to build a very powerful Open GL system so you have some power with the Blender sculpting.
