[SOLVED] Wine was removed but...

I am still seeing the micrsoft office application i had in it under wine in my applications list?
Any idea what happened there? I would like to delete it from the list it is a little annoying. Thanks in advance

Wine was installed to the default dirrectory using synaptic package manager. I have used the search function to find the files without results.

The easiest way is to right click on the application bar and select Edit menu. You can just remove the menu entry from there.

Since you removed Wine, the wine folders are probably still there.

The folders reside in /home/USER/.wine/drive_c

If wine is no longer there, deleting these folders will free up disk space.

Thanks to you both. I searched several times for the folders to make sure they are gone, I ended up deleting the menu entries. Like shad0w Walker said.
