mythbuntu control center simply stops when applying changes

Hi

I have a kubuntu 7.10 and am trying to install mythtv
I installed mythbyntu control center and it runs ok.
But when I click on apply, it says "loading files" during some seconds, then simply quits without doing anything.

Does someone have a suggestion about what I should do?

Put your mythbuntu CD in the drive. Known issue.

I removed the cdrom line in apt conf.
Works better, but had to configure mysql myself.
