[idea] make a video card/monitor type sub-forum

I've noticed that recently there have been a lot of requests for video/screen help under the "main support categories" in "general help" I think that the amount of threads is significant enough to warrant it's own forum. What do you think?

I would classify that as a "Hardware" problem, but a Display sub forum would make sense for all video card, resolution, and monitor issues.

but...I mean like video problems, anything that has to do with it...say like broken monitors to corrupted xorg.conf files, not questions about video
