ok wifi card is netgear WG311T - i works fine
using keychain it works after a reboot, but this requires a the keychain password to be entered.
The plan is to have this box with out a keyboard - just use the remote - so it can't enter any text.
So I set it up with manual config - which works after i set it up - but not when you reboot it - re enter the password and it works again.
Any ideas why?
Any idea how I can get the password set so it will connect without user intervention?
