Multimedia Server

I recently set up a server with one of my old PCs using Xbuntu and since I seem to be running out of space on my Laptop I was wondering if anyone knew of any good podcast aggregates either command line or GUI that would download my podcasts automatically and delete them in a certain amount of time so i don't have to SSH into my server every time I watch one?
