call of duty :low AND not modifiable brightness

hi to all

I play call of duty with cedega.

no problem with ati driver 8.37, but with 8.42 or 8.43 the game starts with a low brightness that is not modifiable neither by options or by config file parameters.

Should I think it's a bug of these drivers?
I tried ubuntu gutsy and now i'm using heron alpha1, but no good results

any solutions?

That game runs fine in cedega for me.

Try using cedega to install update 1.5 in the Call of Duty game folder
