View Full Version : Too stupid to configure Terratec Cinergy 1400 DVB-T?

Hi folx,

I'm using MythTv since more than two years now and wanted to give Mythbuntu a try (especially beause of the out-of-the-box-support for my IR/VFD - at least I hope so).

I use two Terratec Cinergy 1400 DVB-T cards (Cx88).

When setting up Mythbuntu the setup discovers two Terratec Cinergy cards when probing for analog, MJPEG, pcHDTV, and USB MPEG4 devices.

BUT: it says, it has problems to access the card when probing for DVB DTV cards.

As far as I understand, I have to use DVB mode, right? So what's the problem? All modules are loaded and every other mode tells me, there is enough Terratec in my maschine ;)

Any ideas? (by the way: of course none of the "working" possibilities produces some channel output)

Thanks in advance!
Markus

There are some comments at http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/DVB-T_PCI_Cards#TerraTec which might be relevant.
