Cedega / Wow

Hello All,

yesterday I got my copy of cedega and the first thing i tried to install was World of Warcraft. I couldnt use the dvd as i would normaly do because I only saw the mac files :neutral: . So i copied all the files to my harddrive and tried to use:

cedega Installer.exe

for some reason the following error message pops up:

'cant run in dos mode'

How can this happen? Anybody got a idea?

I used Point2Play to install WoW. I have not tried installing anything via the command line but I think the cedega command has some switches you need to use.

I use P2P as well. It's still Cedega, just with a graphical front end for easy setting configuration.

The DVD version of WoW only shows the mac version for some reason. Use the CD version, works fine. You should have both witht he collectors edition, I do.

After install and patch you'll have to do the opengl and mouse fix. Check the forums at http://www.transgaming.org , it's posted all over the place how to do that.
