Okay, so I have the following setup:
HDHomeRun, 2 tuners, Comcast cable digital (QAM-256)
PVR-500, 1 tuner, Comcast cable analog
Commercial detection seems to work well about 90% of the time. The rest of the time, it detects the commercials, but skips at the wrong time. In other words, imagine there were 2:30 of commercials at the 7:15 mark. It might skip 2:30 of show starting at 6:20.
I *think* this happens on shows that are non-HD from the HD tuner. I suspect there is a problem calculating the frame size (maybe?).
Any thoughts? What can I do to debug this?
