Hello I am haveing problems with the ubuntu studio 7.10. I am a beginner and I took a look on how to download 7.10 i386 and followed it to a tee but it never asked for any screen resolutions of what I wanted to keep. If finished downloaded onto my laptop and ejected the cd. Restarted the computer saw the logo then the screen went blank. How do I correct that from happening? I had ubuntu 7.10 for my lap top but wanted to replace it with the studio. I did a check disk and a md5sum and every thing on the dvd checkout correctly. It is not the live cd it is the alternate cd. Thanks for your help I would really appreciate it.
