Animation program?

What animation program can I use to help me make animation in siggys and blinkie? I use GIMP!!!

GIMP can do animations. Just install the gimp-gap package from the repos. Each layer is counted as a separate slide for the animation.

What about glitter on words?

You would have to do that yourself. :( I think there is a guide for it somewhere though. :)

EDIT: There is a good guide here (http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/topic/Glitter-Text-2474-1.html) for GIMP, but please note that Script-fu has now been integrated into the filter menu.
