How to prevent ubuntu from: Saving the System Clock time to the Hardware Clock...?
Actually the problem solved when using new kernel (following too much guidance on creating new kernel to stop too fast clock), but because there are too much error in the self compiled kernel, i think it must be more simple to turn off ''Saving the System Clock time to the Hardware Clock...'' from annoying the clock of my dual boot amd64 pc.
