Getting applemac onto a PC

Yesterday I heard that you could get a Mac OS onto a PC and I would be most grateful if somebody could explain how to do this.

I know that mac ain't ment to go on a PC because of a TPM chip, or something along those lines, but I really would love to experiment.

You certainly can, you'll need a patched iso though
