KUbuntu Problems

Hi to all:

I recently installed KUbuntu on my laptop and i experience lots of crashes in it so revert back to ubuntu, just wondering do you experience also this kind of occasional crashes on your kubuntu desktop.

Dolphin Crashes
Add/Remove also crashes.

I already update the distro kubuntu 7.10 but it is unstable on my system. I never experience this on ubuntu 6.10,7,04 and 7.10.

I'm currently on Kubuntu.

I do experience crashes too, though caused by wine and vmware, that's why I'm searching for alternatives...

Kubuntu is cool though.

i just thought of trying out kubuntu but then again i saw this post.. hehe so i'll think i'll stick with ubuntu.. and i'm glad you chose ubuntu again instead of M$.

I also tried kubuntu and occasionally it crashes, so i re-installed it again and found out that my media is no good. I re-installed it again, and this time with a good media, updated and upgraded, and configured it for ldap, and it works fine. But i never tested it for quite a long time... I'll be testing it again and hopefully come up with something...
