FLAC is a lossless audio format, not a linux distro.

PHLAK. (http://sourceforge.net/projects/phlakproject/)

The best choice nowadays, however, is BackTrack. (www.remote-exploit.org/backtrack.html) There's also nUbuntu, Knoppix-STD, Warlinux, etc...but the best choice nowadays is widely considered to be BackTrack.

Correction - the best choice is to look at what tools BackTrack includes, get a feel for the various programs, then install BackTrack, or install some security programs on your own distribution. You'll have a slightly easier time using updated security utilities, rather then the ones included on the BackTrack LiveCD - especially when you're trying to exploit vulnerabilities.
