in instalation i only have to set up the passwd for local user, nothing about root. So how the hell i can know what is the root passwd ???????!!!!

Root is disabled by default. You can get root access temporarily by typing sudo before a command, or by opening a root terminal from the menu. Both of these will require a password which is the same one you use to log in.

More information in the guide (http://www.ubuntuguide.org/#setchangeenablerootpassword) which is a huge source of everything you need to know.

I just noticed this is your first post. Welcome aboard. :)
