Transcoder Assistance- Optimal Settings

I was hoping that people would be able to post their settings for Transcoder settings... For High, Med, and Low quality etc.

Trying to set them up to give optimal performance for disk space

I am just using the basic setting with mythbuntu right now.. the only change I have made is changing them all to MPEG4

This will vary from system to system based on Disk Size, Type, and BUS, also on Memory, Proc, Motherboard ect. Transcoding is intensive process and has to be tuned to meet your own needs. I happen to use Medium because I use a SD TV
