Mga sir ano recent apps na gamit nyo to download .torrent files? i'm using BitTorrent(default) downloading at 1-2KB/s, sometimes it gets as low as 0.04-0.++KB/s. is there anyway to make downloads faster.

try ktorrent, most trackers don't like the default bittorrent.

nick try mo rtorrent. Medyo 'kalito sa umpisa pero very less ang resources na nagagamit. I use it other than deluge.

I wouldn't reccomend running 2 at the same time. You could but you would saturate your bandwidth

Pwede pero i-share nila yung max download speed ng line mo (e.g. 123 kbps: Deluge = 60 kbps & rtorrent = 63 kbps). Yung speed between the two apps shouldn't exceed your max speed.

Make sure na yung upload rate mo is not unlimited kasi nakaka-affect to sa download rate mo. Check mo ulit yung user manual on how to set upload rate.

nag-try din ako ng azureus, i've experience the same thing pero found solution to make it work again.
here's how.
a) Stop Azureus
b) Remove Azureus' configuration directory - in a terminal, type:
cd ~
\rm -rf .azureus/
c) Run Azureus
hope it helps.
i'm using azureus before using Deluge. di rin ako sinuwerte sa download rate speed ng azureus.

Hindi naman kaya kakaunti lang kasi ang seeders ng dina-download mong file? Sabay minalas ka pa na yung seeders ay tipong naka-dial up? Wala lang. :)

heh, im using ktorrent on my desktop and rtorrent on my server. larger torrents are downloaded by rtorrent since it takes days and i don't want to be bothered by it until after the download's done.
as for your problems, have you checked your upload/download rate? also, what's your ISP? and are there any running apps/process that may have tied up your bandwidth?

Transmission gamit ko talaga. Nice GUI. Ayos din utorrent sa WINE o Azureus kung gusto niyo talaga mabilis kaso may sariling pros and cons din yon, syempre.
