Hi.
Isnt there any sudoku games for Linux/Gnome?
Sudoku is so cool.
If you don't know sudoku, check out: http://www.sudoku.com/
It's a puzzle game, only with numbers.
I love it. But when Im home, I don't wanna use a piece of paper and a pencil.
Could be cool to have sudoku on my laptop :)
Anyone?

There are versions of Su Doku that are based on java. But you will need to install java to get it working.
Alternatively you could write your own version. There are several solvers available to get you started and linux format magazine are currently running a bounty on this very subject.
Try searching through sourceforge.net
Looking through the gnome website there are a couple of su doku games. I've only tried gnome-sudoku 0.3.2 and even then it wouldn't work for me on hoary. It works fine on breezy colony 3 though. I'm not sure why, it could have something to do with the version of python on hoary.
It needs some work, but then it's still only at version 0.3.2.
