I got my happy birthday email from the forum yesterday 11/13 and it stated:

"We at Ubuntu Forums would like to wish you a happy birthday today!"

Well, my birthday is today 11/14 so there must be a bug that is sending the emails a day early. I've confirmed my registered birthday with the forum site is indeed 11/14.

Just thought I'd mention it...

Maybe the emails are sent server time, which can be ahead of your local time? Just a guess. Happy Birthday

Any single day spans 48 hours across the world. (24 hours, plus 12 hours either side for timezones) and so when it was sent... it was probably your birthday in some part of the world :)

Yeah its not perfect... but hey we're wishing you a happy birthday!

You should be happy! The happy-birthday-wishing bot forgot about me :(

I never changed the e-mail address in my profile to my new gmail account. All sorted now.
