parental controls gui

i don't want to install ubuntu ce. i just want to install the parental controls gui. i did this before but i forgot where i downloaded it from. it was the gui front end to dansguardian and tinyproxy. it worked great, all i had to do was hit the enable button and it would turn on.
where can i download this for ubuntu feisty????

what would be xtra cool is if it work work with any distro... well more realistically - any debian based distro...

There are good implementations of parental controls in OS X 10.5 Leopard and Windows Vista. I hope that Ubuntu 8.04 or at least 8.10 will bring a simple built in interface to manage such things.
