windows mail to ubuntu thunderbird

After searching my windows set up, I can not find where my e-mails for Windows Mail are located. I intend on copying them to my thunderbird folder. Where o where could they be?

Do you mean Outlook, or Office outlook or what?

In vista, the name of outlook express has been changed to windows mail.
