I'm asking this because I'm using Gnome but also some QT application (K3B, Psi) so I'd like to know if there is a theme that looks like clearlook for KDE?

Try this:
HOWTO: Make QT apps look more Gnome'ish (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=56630)

you can also just install kdebase, kdelibs and kde-artwork and set it to use plastik in kcontrol, which is very similair to clearlooks. you jsut need to udjust the colors and stuff.

Try the QtCurve (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=5065) widget style, with The Plastik Window decorations, and the Gnome-Mix Icon set (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=27788)
