Well I've been hitting that website the past day or so and I'm itching to somehow get involved!

I joined the developer list too but I haven't seen any traffic.

Just wanted to tell the gOS team that gOS ROCKS!!! I'm glad I tried it out and quite grateful for their time and efforts to put out an amazing alpha! No crashes over here after it was running! However there are these points:

- grub installation at the end fatally failed. the installer doesn't respect multi-boot systems and just assumes it was a linux only dedicated machine. I had to use the gOS livecd a few times, mount my root partition, edit the default file and create a menu.lst by hand to get this to work. (I would be willing to help with the installer to fix this!!)

- my graphic card / monitor configuration was detected fine by the liveCD, but after installation I had a hard time setting it up. I'm not sure exactly why, I just know every bootup (before my tweaking the xorg.conf) it would say I am entering low graphics resolution mode and to configure my card / monitor. I would do it, and test it in the higher settings and it would be fine, but still my X would be in a low resolution state (640x480x256?).

Anyway, these bits of pain were WORTH IT. There are so many great things about this UI and environment. I love it. Thanks

I am getting this after clicking on the forum link:
Site: http://vtsinternet.com/suspended.page/

Error 404 - File Not Found
The file you are trying to reach could not be found on the server.
Please make sure that you type the URL correctly.

If you are the webmaster of this website and you believe that this error should not be shown for this URL, please read the three most common reasons that can lead to error 404:

1. The link on your website that leads to page Error 404 is not spelled correctly.

Please make sure that the links on your website are spelled correctly. The links are also case sensitive, so if there is a difference between the capital letters you use in the name of the file and in the link on your website this can lead to Error 404.
2. The content you are trying to reach is actually not uploaded

We strongly recommend that you check if the page that is supposed to be reached is uploaded on the right location. The right location is usually the public_html directory for your main website or a subdirectory within the public_html directory for a subdomain or other folder.
3. Some SEF/SEO (search engine friendly) functionality of your application was not properly set up.

If you use open source applications like Joomla, Mambo etc. make sure you have re-named the htaccess.txt file to .htaccess. If there is already a non-empty .htaccess file read it and make sure the necessary rules are un-commented.

Thats because it is hitting the old server still.

The DNS change make take some time. ;)Yes, it takes time. You can post the new IP address of the domain so that we can access the site.
