View Full Version : Email notification in Request Tracker 3.6

How can I setup RT 3.6 to notify me about newly created tickets? I assumed it was the $CorrespondAddress in the RT_SiteConfig.pm file but it isn't. I don't want anyone to create new tickets via email tho (I've read multiple install guide docs). I just basically need to know when a new ticket is created in a queue.
