Where are mouse themse in Gusty?

I can't seem to find how to change my mouse theme in Gusty?

It used to be system -> preferences -> mouse

But I no longer have that option...

Ideas?

System --> Preferences --> Appearance --> Theme --> Customize --> Pointer
