Looks good, you might want to try making it "blend" a bit more, bit of gaussian blur, transparency.

Hmm... barbecued Tux. :)

Looks good - maybe duplicate the fire layer, bring it forward so that it is the 2nd layer down, beneath the writing, and then set its opacity to about 20%.

I agree with the blending tips.

I am not BBQing Tux! He is engulfed by an aura of fire. Or something to the point of he is not being burt alive... Ill work on bluring the fire behind him and I am thinking of bluring the edges of Tux some more. I got the font from fontfoundry and am not sure of the liscens. Do you think that I could find a way around.

Well the front page of font foundry seems to suggest that they are only offering freeware and shareware fonts:
We understand that type remains an integral part of design, that's why we have one of the largest collections of freeware and shareware fonts available.

If its freeware, then you should be fine. Did the font come with a read me, or did the page that you downloaded it from specify the license?

Ok now I need help with some CSS and THEME cuz well it is kinda odd. Here is the quote which is at http://www.cat-blog.org/flamingpenguins
Yes, I know how to code CSS. No, I do not have much free time. If someone would be so kind as to code the CSS and template for the site I will give you all the files and a nice 1 line of whatever you want, within reason, in the footer. I have the design as I want it so far here. I.E. 96% and a dark red, kinda fire like theme, all css and if you could make the left bar go all the way down all the better :) This would be greatly appreciated.. I really don't have much time with school and the fall play being in oh three days, I'm on stage crew not an actor just to clarify that.
