I'm looking for NMR software that will take files from a Bruker NMR machine and allow me to extract the data as a graphical trace with ppm along the bottom. I'm not interested in analysis just being able to stick a graphic of the traces in my thesis.

I believe NMRPipe will do what you want (http://spin.niddk.nih.gov/NMRPipe/). If not, something else on this page should help: http://www.redbrick.dcu.ie/~noel/linux4chemistry/.
