Would it be possible to update the Gnome-Mud package to 0.10.7? The current version in the repositories is 0.10.5 and version 0.10.6 seems to have some desirable fixes like:
# Fixed a longstanding double free in the mccp code which would make gnome-mud freeze on many MUDs
# Many improvements to the automapper
# Fixed buggy history scrollback behaviour
