Update Manager 7.04 --> 7.10 Fails

my upgrade manager shows a 7.10 upgrade button. I click it and it downloads a ton of stuff but eventuallfails and say it can't find som "mob.sourceforge " something.

The header of the fail notic says it is prob. a network problem. This machine is in the DMZ on my network.

Any ideas?
