eagle pcb ulp directory

Hello,
I hope this is the correct department to ask about an application installation. I'm trying to install a ulp called pcb-gcode in the Eagle pcb design application. The readme says to install it in the Eagle ulp directory but I can't find it anywhere. Would anyone know how to install this in either Kubuntu or Mepis?

Have you tried typing this into a terminal?

whereis eagle

If you have any files with the eagle name it should find them.
