3D effects and sticky windows in Compiz/ Gutsy

How do you enable 3D effects and sticky windows in Compiz on Gutsy? I was able to use 3D on Beryl and have my gdesklets use sticky windows. How do I enable these effects in CF? Thanks, Darrell

sudo aptitude install emerald

Then System -> Preferences -> Emerald Theme Manager

Thanks, but I couldn't find the setting to enable 3D effects. Is 3D effects only loaded with particular themes? Emerald seems to only install and retain 1 theme at a time.. Still need more help.

I have installed emerald, but how do I make it work with compiz fusion? I am on Gutsy 64 AMD64 processor.

I am also looking to use some kind of widget to do my tasks list and calendar function. I have looked into gdesklets and screenlets. Which is better?
