VMware wont install in 7.10?

Which version ? I have - for testing purpose - VMWare Workstation 6.0.2 on my 7.10 AMD64 and no problem here.

I think VMWare Server 1.0.3 (or 1.0.4 ?!) could be installed flawlessly.

honestly i was trying player 2.0.2 out of ignorance. do i want to use server?

Server is free you just have to register on Vmware website,
