Howcome my posts get deleted from ubuntuforums.org .. I've posted some improvement ideas and bugs but they've all been deleted.
There are things about linux distros that you cannot fix by googling or searching forums and unfortunately Im not smart enough to rewrite those ubuntu parts that need to.

Neither can you do that by posting on some forum about it. It's pointless.

Supposingly, this is not the right place to post you ideas.
Try posting your ideas in the Idea Pool (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IdeaPool) section.

Ideas go in the idea pool like posted above, but bugs... bugs go here. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs

Remember what bugs are: Bugs are things that have no solution, no work around, and someone needs to write code to fix it. To find out if there is a solution or work around, first go to IRC channel doesn't have a knowledgable person online at the time, you may just ask "Does this sound like a bug or should I post it on the forums?" If no one can answer you in the IRC channel at all (sometimes it gets crazy busy), or if someone says, "Yeah it sounds like there should be some solution, I just can't think of it at the moment." post it on the forums and see if someone responds. While waiting, you might go ahead and search the bugs. It may used to be a bug and has since gotten fixed.

If it is a bug, make a bug report.

First, see if there is already a related bug report... it may help to strech the relation. There are volunteers to moderate any mistakes you make, but if you are paying attention to a bug report already in process, then you're more likely to find the answer. :)

Next, actually make the report. Remember to include important hardware facts (if you don't know what's important, include it all!), what version of ubuntu it's in, and anything else you can think of. The more info the better, be meticulous. Also, go ahead and do any physical testing you can. Try to replicate the problem on another computer. If you can or can't, report that and report what's different between the computers. When you write the problem, you need to be just as meticulous as writing the outside details.

Lastly, know how the bug process works. Your bug is going to be triaged (spelling..?). Someone is going to come and decide how big of a problem that is. I know that it's a big problem to you, but the developers have a LOT of other bugs to deal with. The process of traging takes in account also how many other people the bug effects, how problamatic it is, and a whole buncha stuff. So don't be bummed when it's put to the bottom of the heap. Someone will get to it.

Finally, do not waste someone's time with a bug report. Only report a bug if it's really a bug. Ideas go in the idea pool. Support requests (those are problems that have a solution) go on the forums and in the IRC chat. But bugs are something special. We don't have nearly as many developers as we need, we vastly overwork them, and "underpay" doesn't really cover it. The stress they endure as it gets close to a release, and the complains thrown their way after is beyond compare, but still they're here with us. So we love them, and we try to treat them well by showing them little tidbits of respect like not wasting their time, giving them good bug reports, triaging well, ect.

I don't see any of your threads deleted. They might have been moved or merged with other threads.

I see you have one thread that got merged with the Linux Desktop Readiness thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=3313884#post3313884) and rightfully so.

Then there was another thread of yours in Desktop Environments, even though it wasn't a support request, so I've moved that one (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=576374) to the Idea Pool for the next Ubuntu release.
