I'm very new to Ubuntu and I'm curious.
I have an HP zd8000 notebook with a Mobile Radeon X600.
When I run Second Life, I get a low frame rate with the default drivers in Ubuntu.
However, I get the same slow frame rate when using ATI's proprietary driver. Is there something I need to configure to make Second Life take advantage of this?
It seems Second Life ran a bit smoother on my Windows side.
Any help would be appreciate, thanks!
